Analog cables have a unique and interesting function in audio. However, very prevalent and expensive cabling is designed solely around a single parameter: voltage.

EnKlein SHT analog cables are not just products; they are meticulously engineered solutions. Given impedance, capacitance, and impedance over frequency and time, we can model reactance. Special attention is given to approaching zero volts, the function's limit.

Without a clear definition of the zero reference value, signals, including those from low-level phono cartridges, cannot be transmitted or amplified successfully without degradation.

The SHT cable is an exceptionally engineered transmission line that readily distinguishes itself from the competition’s cabling. Its unique design incorporates a technologically superior multi-layered dielectric system to isolate every conductor from near-field effects. The near field is the proximity between conductors where the electric and magnetic fields are not fully formed. Analog signals are particularly susceptible to noise and distortion created by these chaotic fields.

The RJ420 external filter system is designed to ensure peak performance in eliminating radiated and coupled destructive waves in the near and far fields.
