Keila is an accomplished Sales and Marketing Director with a proven track record at Avon Latin America and the Dominican Gallery of Modern Art. She has led successful product launches and curated high-profile exhibitions, consistently driving visibility, engagement, and measurable results.

An expert in large-scale event production, Keila plans and executes multi-day conventions and retreats that combine dynamic presentation stages, refined table designs, premium food and beverage programming, and live music. Her meticulous attention to logistics and guest experience ensures each event is on-brand, immersive, and memorable—boosting attendee satisfaction and strengthening client relationships.

Known for strategic thinking and strong cross-functional leadership, Keila builds and mentors high-performing teams, collaborates effectively with creative and operational partners, and aligns marketing initiatives with sales goals to maximize ROI.

She holds a degree in Social Communications and Public Relations from the Universidad Católica Santo Domingo and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese

David Kleinbeck

Chief science officer

David is a distinguished scientist, engineer, and inventor renown for bridging theoretical innovation with practical implementation, consistently delivering advanced, scalable technologies for industry and government systems.

His technical leadership spans data transmission, software-defined radio, radar, AI-driven drone detection and defeat, electromagnetic systems, non‑intrusive positioning and targeting, stealth thin films, and mobile communications. He is the named inventor on more than 35 patents deployed in both commercial and government systems.

David’s research and development work has produced measurable results and sustained collaborations with leading global organizations, including IBM, Ericsson, Hitachi, Advantest, Samsung, U.S. JSPO/JSOC, and multiple European defense contractors.

He holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri and completed postgraduate studies in Systems Engineering.

EnKlein is dedicated to the meticulous, bespoke production of exceptional cabling and power distribution networks, each crafted by skilled artisans in small batches. Our visionary founder, David Kleinbeck, holds an impressive portfolio of over 30 patents, spanning a diverse range of fields, including signal transport, electronic warfare, and electromagnetic fields. His groundbreaking work also explores complex concepts, including six-dimensional vector trajectories, artificial intelligence, and the detection and neutralization of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

With deep-rooted expertise in research and development, our experience encompasses cutting-edge areas such as thin-film noise reduction, increasing the sensitivity of high-performance remote sensors, power supply noise reduction, and transcontinental high-speed data distribution networks.

However, our greatest passion remains the recording and replay of music. EnKlein is very unique in the audio/video reproduction industry. We actually have over 30 musical instruments and myriads of microphones and professional-grade recording and replay capabilities to immediately test the quality of the recording and replay. This enables us to engage in the scientific research, development, and manufacturing of advanced audio and video products that push the boundaries of technological possibility.
